Work Experience: Keith has over ten years of electrical design experience. His involvement in projects includes efficient and aesthetic lighting design, technology, audio-visual, fire and security systems design. His extensive experience with a variety of facilities; including MRI suites, surgical centers, apartment complexes, schools and religious centers, make him a valuable resource for the AEI team.

PMRS Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Research Services, Inc.
Electrical engineering support and design for an 8,000 square foot, class 10,000 Clean Room and drug manufacturing facility.
Edgewater Apartments, Philadelphia, PA
Electrical design of a 13 story, 270 unit apartment building with fitness center, clubroom, business center and underground parking, in addition to completing the electrical design for a separate, 490 space parking garage adjacent to the apartment building.
School District of Philadelphia – Commodore John Barry Elementary School
Technology, Fire alarm and Security design for a new 94,000 square foot, four story elementary school which achieved a LEED Gold certification.
Samuel and Sons Seafood, Philadelphia, PA
High voltage electrical service design with outdoor switchgear and 2000 KVA transformer. Nema 4X distribution design, wash down area and multiple low temperature zone support throughout the facility.
Pitman United Methodist Church
New incoming utility service, fire alarm system, custom sanctuary lighting and lighting controls, landscape and parking lot lighting design. Electrical engineering support for modular boilers, 200 ton chiller and DDC controls.
Mask and Wig Club, Philadelphia, PA
Design new 600 amp phase conversion system to serve new three phase HVAC equipment, selective lighting replacement and theatrical support and fire alarm, security system and emergency lighting augmentation.
Personal Highlights:
Keith lives in historic Keswick Village, PA, is active in both the engineering and local community; spending free time gardening, cooking and hosting friends from across the country.
