Work Experience: Manny has worked with AEI since 2005 shortly after graduating from Drexel University. His electrical design experience includes a diverse project list such as municipal buildings, high-rise condominiums, medical facilities, university student centers, restaurants, daycare centers, religious buildings and office tenant spaces.
Highlights of Work Experience:
Woolwich Municipal Building; Woolwich, NJ
Design of the Electrical site distribution for this 30,000 s.f. Municipal building. The design of this building included a raised floor wiring system, solar panel array, lighting control, key card access and surveillance camera provisions.
Temple Hillel Student Center; Philadelphia, PA
The Edward H. Rosen Center for Jewish Life is a 14,000 s.f., 4-story student center located on 15th & Norris Street in center city Philadelphia. Design of entire Electrical system, time clock lighting control, Fire Alarm system, key card access and surveillance camera provisions.
The Residences at Two Liberty; Philadelphia, PA
Designed standard and customized high end residential condominium units for the renovation of the top 20 floors of this 57 floor high rise.
Central Montgomery Medical Center; Hatfield, PA
The CMMC is a 60,000 s.f., 3-Story medical office building. Designed Electrical system for various tenant fit-outs including:
- Nephrology Suite
- Cardiology Suite
- Urology Suite
- Flexible Suite
Personal Highlights:
Playing indoor soccer, practicing martial arts and going to the gym.
