Alderson provided MEP design services for the renovation and conversion of the historic 1616 Walnut Street building from office space to mixed-use retail and residences.  Project consisted of ground floor retail space “vanilla box” design, 216 apartments, and amenity spaces including rooftop patio, private meeting spaces, fitness center and a golf simulator.
