Alderson provided MEP design services for the construction of the 3-story, 62,000 SF shell & core of the Crozer-Keystone MOB.  Shell & core was prepared for multi-tenant occupancy, which AEI provide design services for as well.  Project included occupancy control for lighting, electrical sub-metering, and demand control ventilation.
