Alderson provided MEP design service for the 144,000 SF hospital and medical office building located in Downtown Lancaster, PA. This first of kind project consisted of a private pay hospital with Class C operating rooms, post anesthesia care recovery areas, laboratories, blood bank and pharmacy. In addition, the building also features an imaging suite, emergency care / urgent care suite, physical therapy suite and general medical office space.
