This was an existing college educational building structure built in the 1960’s. Responsibilities as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer for this $15M project, was to upgrade the HVAC and Plumbing systems to meet the 2006 IBC and NFPA codes. Plans and specifications were prepared to meet codes and permit requirements.
