Alderson provided MEPFP design services for the 90,000 SF multi-building, historic, residential complex.  Project included underground parking garages, ground floor café and amenities, and one 3-story, 40 unit Passive House rated building; making it one of the largest in the United States.  Amenities include luxurious club room, green roof plaza, and high end fitness center.
