Alderson provided MEPFP design services for the 30,000 SF Short Term Care Facility at the JGS campus.  The project included two commercial kosher kitchens, a trendy cafe, multiple lounge spaces, and a state of the art fitness rehabilitation center.  The use of high efficient VRF mechanical system, LED lighting, and water conserving plumbing fixtures contribute to the LEED™ aspirations of the project.
