Alderson provided MEP design services for the 85,000 SF new independent living addition at the Masonic Village - Lafayette Hill campus, which is located just outside Philadelphia, PA. The project consisted of 60 apartments with full kitchens, balconies and in-unit laundry facilities; lounge spaces, landscaped outdoor courtyards, renovated campus landscaping and a new main entry for the complex.
