Alderson provided MEP design services for the renovation of the existing 4-story, 160,000 SF high school located in the Juniata Park section of Philadelphia.  The building was vacant for a number of years prior to the acquisition by MBA. The project included a new HVAC system, replacement of the existing electrical service and distribution, a new wet sprinkler system and new sanitary and domestic water distribution.
