Complete Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems were designed for this Renovation of existing space consisting of 14,000 SF including first floor and basement area. The first floor had extensive renovation with new mechanicals, plumbing, electrical, and new kitchen. Basement area required new walk-in refrigerator boxes, lighting, and mechanicals.
