Alderson provided MEP design services for the conversion and complete renovation of an existing 2-story, 63,000 SF retail building to a Class A MOB.  Design on tenant spaces included cardiology, oncology, nephrology, and dentistry.  Project included occupancy control for lighting, electrical sub-metering, and demand control ventilation.
