Alderson provided MEP design services for the renovation and conversion of the top 20 floors of this 58-story Class ‘A’ high-rise office building in Center City to 122 truly luxurious residences. Project included a residential amenity floor with fitness center and endless pool, a restaurant and separation of the original 3-story lobby into residential, low-rise commercial and mid-rise commercial lobbies.
