Alderson provided MEP design services for the 175,000 SF / 190 bed new skilled nursing facility at   Shannondell of Valley Forge campus which is located just outside Philadelphia, PA. The project consists of assisted living, skilled care, memory impairment living quarters and short term rehab facilities. Amenities such as food service, dining, salon, activity rooms and outdoor terraces were included in the project.
