Approximately 600,000 SF in size, the Shops at Saucon Valley will be part of the 1,700 acre mixed use development called the Stabler Center. When fully developed, the Stabler Center will have two hotels, one of which will be a conference center hotel, a business school, a golf course, several hundred high-end residences.  AEI has designed the “Backbone” fire alarm system as well as the Tenant Fire Alarm Systems for 81 Tenants.
